YOU MUST be an Orange County Utilities water customer to receive a rain barrel. PLEASE bring in your most current WATER Bill. Only one rain barrel will be given per account. Space is limited. One registrant per account. If the class is full, please call 407-254-9850 (hit option 1, then option 2) for the next class in July.
